I love my country. I take pride in the flag that represents our great nation. I could not pledge my allegiance to any other country. One thing I do not understand is how people cannot see how privileged they are living in America. No country is perfect, but people seem to focus on the negatives rather than the positives. We have rights, we enforce the law, we have the freedom of the press, we have a Capitalistic economy, we have the strongest economy in the world, we have the strongest military in the world, we have the right to bare arms, we have the freedom of religion, we have a structured government, we are a democracy and a republic, and we have the freedom of speech. If we don't like something, we have the ability to speak out against it. Americans take advantage of these rights and privileges that they have in this country. We don't realize how bad it is in other countries. China is only allowed to have one child per family. Russia is a corrupt society where you could lose your job or business for speaking out against the government. Israelis live in fear of being attacked everyday. Kids in Ghana are starving in the streets without anything but the rags on their backs. I think that we should be thankful for all the rights, possessions, and oppurtunities we have here in this land of oppurtunity. I think that American's need to regain their patriotism and pride in the our country of the United States of America.

I completely agree man
